Which plans include Claude Animation?
Claude Motion is in beta for Team and Enterprise plans. Team plans enable it by default; Enterprise plans keep it off until an owner turns it on under Organization settings > Artifacts.
Does Claude Animation create realistic video footage?
No. It does not use a video generation model, so realistic people and footage are out of scope. Instead, it produces code-driven animation of the text, charts, shapes and images in your material.
Can I change one detail without redoing everything?
Yes. Since the animation is code, ask Claude in chat to change a word, figure or timing cue — or edit it directly — and the rest stays unchanged.
How do I download or share an animation?
Select Export and choose MP4 to download it. Animations are private by default; open one and click Share to send it to others.
Does Claude Animation use my plan's usage limits?
Yes. It counts toward your plan's usage limits like other Claude work, and longer or more complex animations consume more of that allowance than a normal message.
What must admins enable first?
Owners or Primary Owners first enable Cloud code execution and file creation under Organization settings > Capabilities, then turn on Artifacts and the Motion template under Organization settings > Artifacts. Disabling a template does not affect artifacts already built with it.
